How does it work?
All treatments to remove telangiectases attempt to block the flow of blood in the vessel. Blockage
of the capillary is achieved by coagulating a small segment of the vessel. The blood is "clotted"
at the treatment point. The clot blocks the flow of blood.
Think of the coagulation treatment as constructiong a barrier against the flow of blood in the
vessel, much like a dam holds back a river. A river downstream of a dam dries up, as does the blood vessel.

Removing Telangiectases
The blend method of electrolysis unites DC current and HF current in a single needle, with one
needle insertion these currents are applied together simultaneously to more effectivly remove
the blood vessel.
How soon can I expect results?
We start each patient with a preliminary treatment. Two weeks is generally needed to observe
your healing ability. After the two week period, the skin should appear normal and some of the lesions
should be removed. Treatment time can now be increased(if needed),for a maxium of 15 minutes, one
treatment every two weeks. In this way the telangiectases can be removed in progressive stages.
